Ronald P. Kaminski, MBA, JD, is a legal real estate appraiser specialist who has served almost 1,500 attorneys and judges and over 200 financial sources since 1987. He has been a California certified appraiser since 1992 with over 1,200 hours of higher education and continuing education course work credits. He is a court and alternative resolution forum approved expert witness. His five billion dollars-plus of appraisal valuations cover a variety of topics with residential appraisals constituting a majority of assignments.
Ron’s work with many attorneys has given him special insight into good and bad real estate practices. He was also a Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) appraiser who did pre-foreclosure work and reviewed previous appraisals that had led to the collapse of the savings and loan industry in the early 1990s.
